APPLE
CHECKOUT REDESIGN Led the UX team in the redesign of checkout on Apple.com and the Apple Store App. Apple’s checkout experience hadn’t been significantly redesigned in over 10 years, leading to significant issues with accessibility, globalization, and services & contextual feature inclusion.  

The work spanned from audits, qualitative and quantitative research, sketching, prototyping, global usaibility testing, and continuous pitching to cross-functional executive leadership. We created a new product design system to accommodate our global expansion to markets in Europe and Asia. Our goal was to achieve a 1% incremental lift in checkout conversion and improved customer satisfaction scores, which we far exceeded and sustained post-launch.
