GOAT BLACK FRIDAY: 2020—2021Led the Product Design for the 2020 and 2021 Black Friday experiences within the GOAT App. Black Friday represented the largest brand moment and revenue opportunity for GOAT. We implemented a gamified model to ensure fairness and fun for our customers that participated in the experience. The work led to increased customer acquisition, engagement, and customer satisfaction.
